Refund Policy

  1. General Policy

All payments made are strictly non-refundable. Fees are charged for services rendered (consultation, processing, documentation, etc.).

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in case of:

  • Visa rejection
  • Admission rejection
  • Change of mind by the student
  • Delay from third parties
  • Incomplete documentation by the client
  1. Conditional Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if service has not been initiated and a written agreement explicitly allows refund.

  1. Third-Party Fees

University fees, visa fees, and other external payments are non-refundable and governed by respective institutions.

  1. Processing Time

Any approved refund will be processed within 15–30 working days.

  1. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of payment.
