  1. No Guarantee Clause
  • We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarships, or job placement.
  • Final decisions are made solely by universities, embassies, or relevant authorities.
  • Any timelines shared are indicative, not guaranteed.
  1. Payment Terms
  • All service fees must be paid as per agreed structure.
  • Payments once made are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed.
  • Third-party payments (universities, visa fees, etc.) are governed by respective institutions.
  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit genuine documents
  • Follow deadlines and instructions
  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities

Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Visa rejection
  • Admission denial
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Losses due to incorrect information provided by the client
  • Changes in immigration laws or policies
  1. Third-Party Services

We may collaborate with universities, visa agencies, and testing bodies. We are not responsible for their actions, decisions, or service quality.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials belong to Edequate International LLP. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  1. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

  1. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in case of misconduct, fraud, non-cooperation, or non-payment.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edequate International LLP from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from misuse of services.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
